This Privacy Policy explains how Corridors Advisory FZ-LLC handles personal information collected through our website and engagements. It is intended to be read together with the engagement letter you sign with us.

Corridors Advisory FZ-LLC ("CA", "we", "us") is a UAE-licensed corporate services firm headquartered at Unit 311, DIC Building 2, Dubai Internet City, UAE, with an additional office at Unit 705A, B05, Building BC 04, RAKEZ HQ, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. CA is a registered Corporate Service Provider with the UAE Ministry of Economy (Anti-Money Laundering / GoAML).

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly through our website forms, email, telephone or in-person meetings — including name, email, telephone number, company, jurisdiction of interest and the content of your enquiries. For regulated services we additionally collect KYC information required by UAE authorities, such as passport copies, residence proof and shareholding documents.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to: respond to your enquiries; deliver the corporate services you engage us for; comply with UAE Anti-Money Laundering, Ultimate Beneficial Owner and Economic Substance regulations; administer ongoing client relationships; and send you market updates if you have opted in.

4. Legal basis and disclosure

We share information only with: UAE Ministry of Economy and competent authorities, Free Zone authorities, banks and registration entities strictly necessary to deliver your engagement, and our team subject to confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data.

5. Data retention

We retain client data for the duration of our engagement and for the periods required by UAE regulations (typically 5 years following the end of the engagement for AML records).

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and regulatory retention obligations. To exercise these rights, please email info@cagulf.com.

Our website uses minimal first-party cookies for site functionality and privacy-friendly analytics. We do not use cross-site tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
