Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Corridors Advisory website. The terms of any specific engagement are set out separately in your engagement letter, which prevails in case of conflict.

1. Use of this website

This website is operated by Corridors Advisory FZ-LLC ("CA"). By accessing it, you agree to these Terms of Service. The content is provided for general information only and does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice.

2. Engagements & KYC

CA is a registered Corporate Service Provider with the UAE Ministry of Economy (AML / GoAML). All engagements are subject to satisfactory completion of our Know-Your-Client (KYC) checks and execution of an engagement letter that sets out scope, fees and responsibilities.

3. Fees

Fees for advisory work are quoted on a per-engagement basis. Standard consultation fees are USD 220 / AED 750 per hour plus 5% VAT. Where you engage CA for a registration, amendment or renewal service, the consultation fees paid can be credited towards the corresponding service fee.

4. Confidentiality

Our team strictly adheres to client confidentiality. Without your prior authorisation, we will not disclose your information to third parties — except for the UAE Ministry of Economy, Free Zone authorities, and other registration / regulatory entities strictly required to deliver your engagement.

5. Limitations of liability

CA upholds a principle of "in good faith" and is committed to providing accurate and timely information. However, CA is not a licensed legal or tax advisor. The information on this website is provided for general reference only and shall not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice. CA shall not be held legally liable for any decisions, financial arrangements or outcomes resulting from your reliance on this website, including interactions with third parties such as banks or government entities.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of CA or used under licence and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or redistribute the content without prior written consent.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant Emirate in which CA operates.

8. Changes

CA reserves the right to amend, update, or withdraw the content of this website at any time without prior notice.
